Topview AI Alternatives: 4 Options for a Faceless Channel (2026)

We make one of the tools below. Prices are as published in July 2026, and the most useful thing to say about Topview is that it may not be the product you remember.

What Topview AI is now

Its pricing page today sells credits for a multi-model generation playground: Seedance 2.0, Kling, Nano Banana, Seedream, and others, with concurrent task limits, API access, and unlimited lower-priority generation on some models.

Plan Monthly Annual Credits
Pro $29 $16/mo ($192/yr) 960 per year
Business $75 $44/mo ($528/yr) 3,000 per year

Note that credits are granted per year, not per month, and delivered upfront. Pro's 960 credits is quoted as roughly 240 Seedance 2.0 videos over the year.

Where it is strong. Model access. If you want to try Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana, and Seedream without maintaining separate subscriptions to each, Topview is a reasonable way to buy that, and the unlimited relax-mode generation on some models is genuinely useful for experimentation. Four to eight concurrent tasks and API access make it workable for batch production.

Where people look elsewhere. It is a generation tool, not a channel workflow. There is no series, no schedule, and nothing that connects to your YouTube or TikTok account and posts for you. If you arrived looking for the faceless-channel automation, that is not what the current pricing page describes.

The annual credit grant also changes the shape of the commitment. 960 credits upfront for the year is not a monthly allowance, and the discounted rates assume annual billing.

What you probably wanted

If you came to Topview for "AI makes short videos and posts them to my channel," you want a channel runner. Those buy you a schedule, not a model menu.

If you came for "give me access to the newest video models cheaply," Topview is doing that job and the tools below do not compete with it at all.

1. PassiveShorts

Ours. You pick a topic, a voice, a visual style, and a schedule. It writes the script, generates the voiceover and visuals, burns in captions, and publishes to YouTube and TikTok on the days you chose. There is no model picker, because choosing models is not the job you are hiring it for.

$19 per series a month posts three times a week. $39 per series a month posts once a day. Yearly charges 10 months instead of 12. Up to 10 series at once, each with its own topic and channel. Nineteen visual styles, six caption presets customizable down to fonts, colors, outlines, animations, and word highlights, natural AI voices, five ready-made topics plus a custom topic you write. Publish public, private, or into your TikTok drafts. Full commercial rights, 7-day money-back guarantee.

If you would rather supply the words than a topic, there is a single-video form for that: paste your script, pick the voice and the style, and it builds and posts that one video. Still no model picker, and still nothing to assemble.

Pick it if you want the channel to run itself.

Do not pick it if you want to choose which model renders each shot. We pick, and you pick the style instead. If model control is the point for you, Topview is the better purchase and we are not close.

2. AutoShorts.ai

$19 a month for three posts a week, $39 for daily, $69 for twice a day, one series per plan, two months free on yearly. Auto-posts to TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Voice cloning and an edit-and-preview step.

Pick it if you want a hands-off channel across three platforms with a review step.

Do not pick it if you want several series without stacking subscriptions.

3. StoryShort AI

$39 a month for one series and 400 credits, about 25 to 40 short videos. $69 for two series, $129 for three, $199 for four. Yearly is two months free. Auto-posts and removes watermarks on every tier, and the upper tiers add long-form and UGC video.

Its credit table is explicit about model cost differences, which makes it the closest thing here to Topview's transparency about what each generation type costs.

Pick it if you want variety in video types with publishing included.

Do not pick it if you want the cheapest entry, since $39 is where it starts.

4. Faceless.video

$20 a month for 30 credits and one social account, $35 for 60 credits and unlimited accounts, $59 for 120, $149 for 350. Annual saves 30 percent. Unused credits roll over and top-ups run $0.60 to $0.80 each.

Pick it if you liked Topview's credit flexibility but want the credits to actually publish something. Rollover keeps the flexibility without the waste.

Do not pick it if you want a fixed posting rhythm rather than a balance.

Side by side

Sells you Entry Posts to your channel Model choice Affiliate commission
Topview AI Model access $29/mo ($16 annual) No Yes, many 25% recurring
PassiveShorts A posting schedule $19/mo YouTube, TikTok No 30% for life
AutoShorts.ai A posting schedule $19/mo YouTube, TikTok, Instagram No 30% for life
StoryShort AI Credits + series $39/mo Yes Partial 30% for life
Faceless.video Rolling credits $20/mo Yes No Page is offline

Affiliate rates are as published in August 2026, and only matter if you write about the tool you pick. Topview is the outlier at 25 percent, though it does pay for as long as the customer stays.

The recommendation

If you are experimenting with generative video models and want cheap access to several, Topview at $16 a month on annual is a fair deal and none of the alternatives replace it. Buy it for that.

If you want a faceless channel that posts without you, Topview is now solving a different problem, and the gap between "I have generated videos" and "my channel posts daily" is exactly the gap that costs people their momentum. Generating video was never the hard part of running a faceless channel. Doing it consistently for six months is.

PassiveShorts is built for that half: set the topic, the voice, the look, and the days once, connect YouTube and TikTok, and it keeps posting whether or not you are paying attention, from $19 a month.

Want this running without you?

PassiveShorts writes, voices, captions, and publishes faceless shorts to YouTube and TikTok on a schedule you set.
