7-Day Refund on Your First Payment

We want you to be able to try PassiveShorts with confidence. If PassiveShorts is not right for you, you may request a refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days of that payment, subject to the eligibility conditions below. This applies once per customer, to your first subscription only.

Because PassiveShorts begins generating and publishing videos automatically as soon as your series are active, please cancel promptly if you decide it is not for you. Once videos have been published to your connected channels, the service has been delivered, and your refund may be reduced or declined to reflect the value you received and the third-party costs, such as AI generation, rendering, and delivery, that we incur on your behalf.

Eligibility

  • Your request is made within 7 days of your first subscription payment.
  • It is your first subscription with us. Refunds are limited to one per customer or account.
  • Your account is in good standing and has not been used in a way that abuses this policy or violates our Terms of Service.
  • You have not substantially used the Service, for example by publishing more than a small number of videos to your connected channels.

What Is Not Covered

  • Requests made after the 7-day window has passed.
  • Any renewal or billing cycle after your first payment. Renewals are non-refundable.
  • Second and subsequent subscriptions, and repeated subscribe-and-cancel activity.
  • Accounts that have substantially used the Service or published videos beyond a limited amount.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or for fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
  • Taxes and any non-recoverable third-party fees, where permitted by law.

Abuse of This Policy

We reserve the right to refuse, reduce, or reverse any refund that we reasonably believe is requested in bad faith or to abuse this policy, including patterns of signing up, using the Service, and cancelling for a refund. To the extent permitted by applicable law, refunds are granted at our discretion under the conditions above, and any refund we choose to provide outside this policy is a one-time courtesy that does not create an obligation to do so again.

Yearly Plans

The same 7-day window and eligibility conditions apply to yearly plans. Given the size of an annual payment, we may review annual refund requests and decline them where the Service has been substantially used.

How It Works

To request a refund, cancel your subscription within the first 7 days from your account settings. If your request meets the conditions above, we issue the refund to your original payment method. If you have any trouble or questions, email us at [email protected] before opening a payment dispute, and we will work with you.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
